A private space to come back into your body. Held in my private home studio, this is a one-on-one session tailored entirely to you — no crowds, no clock-watching, just an intentional space designed for you to settle, open, and feel.
Session Flow:

Infrared Sauna (10–15 min) — warm and open the body

Somatic Bodywork + Breathwork (45–60 min) — movement, massage, and guided breathing to settle the nervous system

Integration (10–15 min) — quiet, sensory space (light & scent) to settle before you leave
