Beyond Soma begins where both of those practices end — in the space that remains when everything else has been released. This is the ethereal layer. The lightest, most expansive dimension of who you are. The part that exists beyond tissue, beyond emotion, beyond story. Most practices never reach it. Beyond Soma was created specifically for it. This is not a physical practice. There are no postures, no activation, no effort. You are guided upward through sound and breath — ascending through your energy centers from the heart to the crown — until the circular breathing carries you fully into the ethereal body.
